Effective September 14th, Röhm GmbH announces a price increase for MERACRYL® MMA (methyl methacrylate) and other Methacrylate Monomers within the European region.

Roehm Asia increases selling prices for MERACRYL® Methacrylate Monomers, this is driven by increasing raw material costs, sea freight cost, and supply tightness.

• Wesseling site will be sustainably and reliably supplied with methanol for MMA production in the long term
• Evonik and Lülsdorf Functional Solutions GmbH implemented a new forward-looking pipeline
• Pipeline successfully put into operation in April 2026

Röhm’s methyl methacrylate (MMA) plant in Bay City, Texas—based on the innovative LiMA technology— is now operating all four reactors of the planned production volume.

• Establishment of a closed material cycle
