Due to the train drivers strike across all of Germany, from Jan 23^rd in the evening to Jan 29^th, raw material supplies to our production sites have experienced significant delays.

The following Röhm plants will be shut down for planned maintenance in 2024.

• Gold status: Röhm among the top five percent
• Carbon management confirmed with 'Advanced' status

On 15^th of December 2023, Röhm GmbH announces a price increase for MERACRYL® MMA (methyl methacrylate) shipments to India region starting from January 2024.

As contracts allow, the revision range is 150 USD/ton for MERACRYL® MMA.

• OCI Global is supplying Röhm with ISCC PLUS certified bio-ammonia in an industry first for Methylmethacrylate production
• OCI Global’s bio-ammonia can achieve a GHG reduction of >70% compared to conventional grey ammonia
• The partnership demonstrates OCI Global and Röhm’s environmental leadership in the ammonia production and downstream manufacturing industries and allows MMA and PLEXIGLAS® production from renewable biobased feedstocks
