Can I place an order and pick it up at your warehouse?

Generally all ordered items are shipped. Only in exceptional cases a pick up of ordered items is possible. For further information about this topic, please contact your Customer Service / Business contact.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. All orders are shipped according our order confirmation. However, arrival time can vary from product to product and from country to country. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive any damaged goods, please notify us immediately after receipt. If possible, take pictures of the damaged items. We will investigate the incident and take any immediate measures to mitigate the issue.

I need a specific stabilization content. How can Röhm help me?

The standard stabilization can be varied upon request. Please contact your business representative to discuss your needs here.

How do I obtain Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets for MERACRYL® products?

What is the shelf life of MERACRYL® products?

In the unopened container standard stabilized MERACRYL® MMA, GMAA, i/n-BMA and HEMA/HPMA have a shelf life of 6 month and MAAmide has a shelf life of 3 months from date of delivery.

How should MERACRYL® products be stored to avoid undesired premature polymerization?

The stability of (meth)acrylic monomers can only be guaranteed by appropriate storage. The products are usually stabilized in order to avoid undesired premature polymerization. The storage conditions must comply in detail with the guideline in our Cefic brochure here.

Can I still use a MERACRYL® product after the shelf life has expired?

Röhm does not guarantee the performance of any MERACRYL® product if the shelf life has expired. Expired material should be analyzed before use. For a quick tests procedure, please contact your Business Representative here.
