Latest update: Fortier production facility in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida

On September 19th, the Westwego, Louisana, U.S. production site initiated start-up of MMA production again. At this time, we are producing MMA at minimum rates.

Last week, significant progress was made including:

• Stabilizing utilities
• Preparing and testing process equipment
• Restoring the supply of key raw materials.

Additionally, we intend to increase MMA production and restart GMAA production. This activity has already begun and we will continue to produce additional MMA and GMAA going forward.

Production of MMA is likely to continue at reduced rates for 1-2 weeks while full supply of 3rd party raw materials is stabilized and increased to normal rates. We will be able to supply our customers increased volumes as inventory is restored. Our sales and customer service teams will communicate expected volume allocations for the remainder of September.

We expect to be at normal customer allocation levels in early October.
